About the Position
We are looking for an IAM Analyst to enhance and manage our Identity & Access Management processes. The primary focus will be on launching and efficiently operating our User Access Review (UAR) program.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of IAM experience who are eager to develop their skills. You will be involved in medium-complexity projects with minimal supervision, primarily executing operational processes that support our key results (KRs) related to governance, compliance, and least-privilege access.
You will follow established IAM protocols while applying critical thinking and sound judgment to manage access data, drive review completion, and identify areas for process enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
User Access Reviews (Core Ownership Area):
Lead and coordinate periodic User Access Reviews (UARs) across critical SaaS applications.
Validate access data and resolve discrepancies to prepare reviewer populations.
Monitor review completion, engage with stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee and verify revocation workflows following established procedures.
Generate audit-ready documentation and evidence of review outcomes.
Identify recurring data quality issues or process gaps and suggest targeted enhancements.
You will operate within defined governance frameworks while exercising judgment to resolve moderate-scope issues such as unclear ownership, incomplete data, or reviewer disputes.
