We are seeking experienced candidates to join our Inbound Technical Support Process for the US Shift. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues related to printers, routers, emails, and more. Your role includes identifying problems accurately and recommending relevant service plans and software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide technical assistance.
- Analyze issues and sell appropriate plans and software.
- Close calls effectively and process customer payments.
- Pitch service plans confidently to customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound tech support process.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
