Join our dynamic team as a Technical Sales Executive, where you will be responsible for assisting customers with their printer, router, and antivirus concerns through inbound calls. Your role will involve diagnosing issues and recommending the best support plans tailored to our customers' needs. You will also sell technical support plans along with related software to enhance their experience.
Preferred candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in closing calls effectively, demonstrate excellent communication abilities in English, and have hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across various devices including computers, printers, broadband, routers, and mobile devices like iPhones and iPads. Flexibility to work night shifts is essential. The salary offered is negotiable, based on experience and current CTC, supplemented by attractive incentives. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Note: We are not considering freshers for this role.
