We are currently building a pipeline for future Implementation Configuration Specialists to join our team! The ideal Configuration Specialist will be unwaveringly dedicated to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data shared with carriers. We ensure that our clients' employees have seamless access to their benefits when needed. The perfect candidate is a proactive individual who thrives on accomplishing tasks efficiently!
The Role:
- Engage in comprehensive review and validation of all raw materials.
- Ensure system configurations are accurately completed according to requirements documentation.
- Support and adhere to key workflows for Annual Enrollment, New Services Implementation, and system build requirements for Acquisitions and Divestitures.
- Conduct self-quality assurance on all system build tasks.
- Establish and maintain global process documentation, reporting any discrepancies.
- Participate in daily touch-bases with internal partners relevant to ongoing projects or tasks.
- Maintain accurate capacity and productivity measurements through task updates.
- Review open tasks daily, prioritize, and escalate as necessary.
- Address escalated or global issues related to system builds for clients.
- Actively participate in training sessions concerning new system functionalities and processes.
