The Role
As an Implementation Director - Nursing at Abridge, you will be instrumental in the effective deployment and implementation of our Nursing product with clients. You will serve as the primary liaison for our valued partners, ensuring seamless project execution. Your outstanding communication skills will facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects punctually while surpassing user requirements and expectations.

What You'll Do
- Lead customer implementations and act as the main contact for Abridge's partners throughout their initial deployments. Establish trust and confidence in our partners and team, ensuring timely implementations with high NPS, and facilitate the transition from pilot projects to comprehensive enterprise partnerships.
- Oversee the development, coordination, and execution of project plans in partnership with both internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Accountable for guiding all project phases, including kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go-live, and post-live stabilization.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
