Your Impact
This role is pivotal and client-facing, offering a chance to lead and grow professionally in a rapidly expanding business context. You will partner with clients and project teams to design and implement integrations that deliver significant value to our public safety partners. You will establish processes to ensure quality, productivity, and client satisfaction. With minimal supervision, the Solutions Architect guarantees high levels of customer satisfaction through the prompt delivery of superior technical services, including system interface design, technical project scoping, and system analysis.
What You’ll Do
Location: Remote. 30% travel required.
Must be within commutable distance to one of our Hub locations listed below:
(Scottsdale AZ, Seattle Washington, Boston MA, Denver CO, Atlanta GA)
Reports to: Manager, Solutions Architect
- Serve as a client-facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team.
- Collaborate with a team of networking and software experts to deliver Axon technology to small and mid-market, T1200, and Majors clients across various sectors, including public safety.
- Assess IT system architectures to scope technical projects, recommend system enhancements, conduct Information Security assessments, and complete architecture review boards.
- Oversee technical projects both remotely and at client locations.
- Engage with clients' technical and non-technical leadership to share project updates.
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure customer needs are fully addressed.
- Deliver exceptional service for Axon software implementations.
- Identify integration opportunities between agency systems (cloud and/or on-prem) and Axon’s products.
- Propose deployment strategies for identified integrations that drive key outcomes for the agency.
