Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Lead with deep expertise in revenue cycle management. In this role, you will take charge of the implementation process from the moment a deal is sealed to the successful go-live date. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, you will ensure that our solutions integrate smoothly into user workflows, delivering tangible value from day one.
Your collaborative spirit and problem-solving acumen will shine as you engage with diverse professionals, from Directors of Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) to data engineers. You will be adept at asking the right questions, identifying data requirements, understanding operational workflows, and bridging communication between technical and non-technical teams. You are eager to enhance your technical prowess, taking the lead on critical components such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP), and allowlisting.
With a keen eye for data validation, you understand the significance of clean, accurate data in driving our clinical AI. You will confidently review data specifications, analyze files, and ensure that every implementation kicks off with best practices and robust data. Your meticulous attention to detail and process-oriented mindset will instill clarity, organization, and momentum into complex implementations.
