Lead Implementation of Shipping Solutions
- Oversee the onboarding process for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, ensuring their shipping solutions are implemented effectively and within designated timelines.
- Craft and implement tailored onboarding strategies that align with partners’ objectives and technical specifications.
- Act as the main liaison throughout the implementation process, delivering insights and best practices for utilizing our platform.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers on complex integrations and ensure a smooth transition to Account Management post-onboarding.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to empower customer teams in maximizing the potential of Shippo’s platform.
- Establish onboarding milestones and success metrics; monitor progress and provide regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
- Track implementation progress, proactively identify potential risks or obstacles, and facilitate their resolution.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Support, Product, Engineering) to guarantee a smooth customer journey and represent customer interests.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance the onboarding experience and product offerings.
- Contribute to the development of scalable processes, documentation, and playbooks to streamline onboarding efficiency.
