Your Role
We are seeking a passionate Implementation Manager to spearhead the comprehensive onboarding journey for our new customers.
This pivotal role involves guiding clients from the moment a deal is signed to their successful launch in production. You will ensure the effective implementation of marketplace listings, private offer workflows, co-sell integrations, and CRM synchronization.
As the key coordinator of the onboarding process, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product teams, and the customer's Go-To-Market and Revenue Operations teams.
