What is this opportunity?
We are actively seeking a dynamic Implementation Manager to join our expanding Customer Success team. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new customers and enhancing the experience for existing ones, collaborating closely with key stakeholders such as IT, Clinical, Program Management, and Executive Sponsors. Additionally, you will work on refining our internal processes to expedite time-to-value for our clients.

How will you contribute?
To ensure a successful launch, you will manage the project duties for new implementations:
- Oversee the implementation phase of our product for new clients, managing end-to-end processes from the initial kick-off through technical discovery and the initial rollout.
- Configure essential components of our system, including SSO, Tele-Health, and EHR integrations.
- Communicate effectively with customers at all levels, from executives to IT teams, to facilitate successful execution.
- Utilize the latest Eleos features and functionalities to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Eleos' teams including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure a seamless go-live experience.
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to keep implementation projects on track and within schedule.
- Address troubleshooting needs with customers promptly and effectively.
