About the Role
The Implementation Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that the VP of Implementation is always informed about the organization's actual status—not through mere status updates, but through insightful data analysis.
This position is responsible for managing the reporting framework for the entire Implementation department. This involves aggregating data from ClickUp, HubSpot, Pendo, and Notion to create a clear weekly overview, identifying key themes and patterns proactively. The VP of Implementation relies entirely on this individual for reporting and operational insights derived from the organization.
It is important to note that this is not a BI engineering role; instead, it focuses on analytical operations. The data already exists—the role's responsibility is to interpret it, highlight its significance, and communicate it effectively. The ideal candidate will analyze a dashboard and instinctively ask "why" and "so what," then seek out the answers.
What You'll Own
Portfolio Reporting & Monitoring: Maintain a comprehensive weekly view of the implementation portfolio that includes RAG status, cycle time by product line, projected go-live dates, and Information Systems (IS) capacity utilization. Develop and manage ClickUp dashboards, list views, and custom fields to ensure real-time visibility into portfolio health, guaranteeing that the data remains accurate, current, and reliable.
Theme Identification & Analysis: Consolidate data from ClickUp, HubSpot, and Pendo into a regular thematic brief for the VP of Implementation, providing a narrative rather than a mere data dump. What insights does the data reveal? Where are implementations experiencing delays? Which product lines are underperforming? Which customer segments are at the highest risk? Identify anomalies before they escalate into issues, such as deals falling behind schedule, handoffs lacking necessary information, or go-lives at risk of delays.
Leadership & Board Readout Support: Manage the data compilation for QFE slides, L10 scorecards, and board-level implementation metrics, ensuring every figure is accurate, consistent, and contextualized appropriately. Create and maintain a single source of truth for implementation KPIs, including cycle time by product line, on-time go-live rate, IS capacity and utilization, NPS at go-live and CS handoff, time-to-first-value, and sales-to-kickoff lag.
