Access Services is excited to expand our In-Home and Community Supports team by welcoming a dedicated Supervisor!
About Us: At Access Services, we are committed to empowering individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. Our mission is to help unlock their full potential, affirming that disability does not equate to inability. With over 30 years of experience, our In-Home Supports program has been a cornerstone in assisting families. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), enabling them to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children and adults with intellectual disabilities both at home and within the community. Our services focus on helping individuals:
- Set and achieve personal goals.
- Become active participants in their communities.
- Foster independence and personal growth.
- Manage daily care routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new staff through program orientation and case management.
- Supervise and develop assigned DSPs through a supportive coaching approach.
- Provide 5-10 hours of direct care support to individuals.
- Stay updated on best practices in the field of service provision and intervention techniques.
- Coordinate and manage home and community supports tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with team members to develop, implement, and review individual support plans that are strengths-based and person-centered.
- Attend relevant meetings for effective support and coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data management for your caseload.
