Your role transcends traditional HR functions; you will establish the people framework that empowers our revenue-generating teams to flourish. Acting as a consultant, coach, and change agent, you will ensure our teams cultivate the talent and culture necessary to excel in a competitive landscape. Reporting to the VP People, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of five HR Business Partners focused on advancing Vestiaire Collective globally.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with your population leaders and managers to offer people expertise and formulate solutions that enable the commercial and marketing teams to achieve their objectives.Organizational Development: Grasp our global People strategy and implement it to foster a high-performance culture and improve organizational efficiency.Talent Management & Growth: Lead performance review cycles, identify high-potential talent, and craft career development pathways.
