Join our dynamic team at Designity as an In-House Paid Media Strategist. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, and accelerating revenue growth through meticulously crafted, data-driven paid media campaigns. You will oversee a variety of channels including paid search (Google/Bing), paid social (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok), and programmatic advertising. Leveraging AI-powered tools, you will accentuate audience targeting, streamline bid automation, and optimize ad creatives. Collaboration with Designity's internal marketing team will be essential to ensure that our paid initiatives align seamlessly with our overarching growth strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement high-impact paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit, and emerging paid channels.
- Create and optimize compelling ad copy and creatives to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure paid campaigns are aligned with organic growth strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine audience targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data analysis.
- Efficiently manage and allocate ad budgets to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize AI-powered tools to track user behavior, predict trends, and optimize ad spend.
- Implement retargeting strategies to engage high-intent prospects and nurture leads.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with hyper-targeted, personalized ad campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, PPC, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social strategies.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
