Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in person at retail locations and events to promote our services and create interest.
Exhibit our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Facilitate conversations and assist customers in arranging complimentary in-home consultations for renovation services.
Set appointments and provide clear, friendly assistance to customers.
Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to achieve set goals.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience in Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment scheduling, or lead generation is advantageous.
Background in Customer Service (in-person or call center).
Retail Experience is a plus.
