Qualifications
As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping our mid-market clients amplify their impact. You will build meaningful relationships, guiding clients to leverage Bloomerang's solutions effectively and introducing them to new products and services that align with their missions. Your expertise will empower nonprofits to turn insights into tangible results, ensuring they are well-equipped to realize their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Generating new prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.
Qualifying and disqualifying leads through effective phone and email communication.
Re-engaging with prospects who have previously shown interest in Bloomerang.
Utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage and track leads efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive, motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for generating new customer leads through effective qualification methods. Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary for maintaining an updated sales CRM. Additionally, a competitive drive and self-motivation are crucial for exceeding performance expectations, along with a solid understanding of Bloomerang’s product features, the competitive landscape, and current nonprofit sector trends.
