As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Red Bull, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and field personnel. You will professionally manage incoming calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and attention.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating customer needs, providing accurate and comprehensive information, and routing calls to the appropriate departments when necessary. You will build and nurture customer relationships through consistent communication and timely responses.
In this role, you will also address customer complaints effectively, offering practical solutions and alternatives promptly.
Detail-Oriented Approach
It is essential to document all customer interactions and statuses accurately. You will follow up on outstanding emails and voicemails, provide invoices as needed, and coordinate deliveries for customers running low on products. Collaborating with field sales will be a crucial part of your role, as you communicate customer needs and payment commitments.
Collaborative Team Player
You will support our Collections team by updating account balances and preparing independent account summaries. Building strong relationships with colleagues across departments will be vital to ensuring compliance with established credit and payment terms. Upholding company policies and standards will help promote optimal business performance.
