We are in search of an Inbound Marketing Specialist who recognizes that inbound marketing transcends SEO—it is about crafting valuable, thought-provoking content and disseminating it through appropriate channels to enhance awareness, generate demand, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Optimization
- Develop high-quality, insightful content that educates and builds thought leadership
- Compose SEO-optimized blog posts, web pages, and inbound marketing materials, aligned with search intent and customer journey stages
- Create content tailored for search engines and AI platforms (LLMs, AI search, featured snippets)
- Design landing pages and conversion-centric copy that effectively transforms web traffic into qualified leads
Inbound Marketing Execution (Beyond SEO)
- Implement inbound marketing campaigns across various channels, including:
- SEO & content marketing
- Lead magnets (guides, checklists, resources)
- Social media content supporting inbound distribution
- Website and landing page optimization
- Comprehend the interplay of content, distribution, and conversion in a holistic inbound marketing funnel
Lead Magnets & Conversion Assets
- Plan and create lead magnets that address real user challenges and capture interest
- Draft copy for gated content, CTAs, thank-you pages, and follow-up sequences
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance conversion rates
Research & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry landscapes, competitors, and audience pain points
- Identify opportunities and content gaps throughout the inbound marketing funnel
- Translate insights into compelling content strategies and inbound campaigns
- Stay informed on trends in SEO, inbound marketing, AI search, and content distribution
Analytics & Performance
- Assess content and inbound performance using:
- Google Search Console (GSC)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, AIO
- Optimize content based on performance metrics, engagement, and conversion rates
- Make data-driven decisions focused on meaningful outcomes rather than mere traffic volume
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an Inbound Marketer, Content Marketer, or Content Writer
- Deep understanding of SEO, inbound marketing principles, and content strategy
