About the Role
We are on the lookout for an Inbound Sales & Onboarding Manager to lead our Sales and Onboarding initiatives for customers who engage with MoeGo. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals focused on capitalizing on inbound inquiries, scheduling meetings, and successfully executing those meetings. Additionally, you will oversee our onboarding team, ensuring a smooth transition for our smaller clients (Solo & SMB) post-signing.
This position encompasses the management of systems, coaching, and operational rhythms crucial for achieving rapid sales, efficient launches, timely value realization, and long-term customer retention. You will also handle onboarding escalations, including sensitive contract discussions, while fostering a team culture that prioritizes support, calmness, and accountability.
Schedule note: This role requires regular communication with our team based in China, necessitating evening availability on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Sales team
○ Drive high conversion rates and expedite closing through exceptional coaching based on Sandler and Challenger Sale methodologies.
○ Create tools to facilitate rapid onboarding and high-performance execution by Account Executives.
○ Ensure accountability for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
