Role Overview
As an Inbound Sales Officer, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers reaching out through various channels, including our website, partner referrals, social media, and events. Your primary goal will be to convert these inquiries into loyal Moniebook customers by guiding them through product demonstrations, addressing their queries, and aiding them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries following established business protocols.
- Lead Qualification: Engage in meaningful dialogue to assess customer needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making processes, ensuring our solutions align with their business requirements.
- Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct engaging online product demos (via Zoom/Google Meet) to illustrate how Moniebook can effectively address customer challenges.
- Closing Sales: Assist qualified prospects with pricing discussions, tackle any concerns, resolve objections, and effectively close sales, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture trust with prospects throughout the sales journey. Provide consistent follow-up, exceptional service, and ensure a seamless transition to our Onboarding team post-purchase.
