Inbound Sales Team Leader – Field Sales

The Field Sales team at SumUp Chile is on a mission to establish a high-impact inbound channel, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead this initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for swiftly converting qualified leads into active customers, while implementing a scalable structure for future growth. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of inbound sales executives, ensuring rapid contact, SLA compliance, and high-quality closures.
- Monitor and enhance conversion rates across the sales funnel: lead, contact, closure, activation, and TPV.
- Instill commercial discipline by rigorously utilizing the CRM, tracking the sales pipeline, and conducting performance rituals.
- Train the team in consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and remote closing strategies.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and implement replicable, scalable methodologies.
You Will Be Ideal For This Role If You
- Have experience leading inbound sales teams or inside sales in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Possess a proven track record in managing conversion funnels and commercial KPIs.
- Have strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies for the team.
- Are proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and AI applications for commercial management.
- Can establish structure, processes, and execution discipline within sales teams.
