Join Vilgain, a rapidly growing brand, as our Inbound Team Leader! In this essential role, you will be a key part of the shift, acting as the right hand to the Shift Leader.
You will oversee the receipt of goods, ensure their quality, manage inventory, and maintain data accuracy in the system. This position is operational and hands-on, requiring your presence in the warehouse daily.
What You Will Do:
Lead a small team of operators in the goods receipt process.
Organize workflows during unloading, inspection, and inventory management.
Monitor the accuracy of received goods (quantity, quality, expiration, and damage).
Ensure correct storage and flow of products within the warehouse.
Resolve operational issues that arise during the shift.
Train new team members on processes and systems.
Collaborate with the Shift Leader to meet KPIs (receipt speed, accuracy, error rates).
Actively engage in operations, providing support to the team as needed.
Participate in improving inbound processes and efficiency.
What We Expect from You:
Experience in a warehouse/logistics setting (preferably in goods receipt/inbound).
Familiarity with warehouse processes and systems.
Ability to organize work and adapt to changes in deliveries.
Responsibility for data quality and accuracy.
Natural leadership skills or experience in managing teams.
Willingness to work in a shift environment.
Basic data handling and KPI management skills.
English language proficiency is a plus.
Experience with automated warehouses is advantageous.
