Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical issues related to printers, routers, emails, and more.
Diagnose issues accurately and recommend appropriate plans and software to customers.
Close calls effectively and process payments as required.
Pitch service plans confidently to enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support process.
Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Willingness to work night shifts.
