Adeeba E Services is excited to announce openings for Inbound Technical Support Executives for the US Shift (Night Shift). As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Process: Handle inbound voice calls in a professional and courteous manner.
2) Shifts: Night shift from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3) Salary: Competitive fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, along with performance-based incentives.
4) Experience: Minimum of 6 months in outbound or inbound technical support.
5) Communication: Must possess excellent English communication skills.
6) Payment: Salary disbursed on the 1st of every month.
