Your Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic independent contractor to deliver exceptional customer onboarding and implementation services for our new clients in childcare centers. The ideal candidate will showcase outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric approach, effectively demonstrating the value of Brightwheel’s platform throughout the onboarding process.
Successful candidates will have a solid background in customer onboarding, customer success, or sales, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable setting and surpassing ambitious goals while adeptly handling challenging customer interactions and providing comprehensive technical training on our product suite.
Scope of Work
In this role, you will:
Deliver thorough onboarding and product adoption support to clients implementing the Brightwheel suite.
Manage a rolling portfolio of over 100 customer accounts through a typical 4-12 week onboarding lifecycle, assisting both pre-opening administrators and newly launched centers.
Strategically plan and execute onboarding activities to meet established milestones and ensure successful platform activation.
