Your role will involve delivering health readiness services to ensure medical and dental compliance for various military branches, including:
U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
Army National Guard (ARNG)
U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
Air National Guard (ANG)
U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Physical Health Assessments for military personnel.
Review health histories, service members' medical records, and medical questionnaires.
Interview military personnel to assess current and past medical concerns.
Identify urgent health issues, including Behavioral Health needs.
Document assessment results for readiness classification using our proprietary system.
