Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Engineering degree in industrial computing.Knowledge of the industrial environment: commissioning, maintenance, automation.Solid foundation in industrial computing: protocols, databases, industrial networks.Understanding of technical architectures and machine/application interfacing.Basic programming skills (Java, C++, C#).Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Professional level of English to communicate with group sites and international suppliers.Additional Asset:Experience or knowledge related to the implementation, maintenance, or operation of MES systems.Behavioral Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Team spirit and a collaborative mindset.Strong problem-solving skills.

As a key member of the Zriba site Engineering team, you will play an instrumental role in advancing the digital transformation of our workshops through the deployment and maintenance of industrial IT solutions close to the production line.
Your role is crucial: ensuring the reliability, performance, and interconnectivity of industrial systems to optimize production processes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Deploying industrial IT solutions across one or multiple sites within the group.
- Maintaining operational readiness of the deployed systems.
- Analyzing workshop needs and integrating user feedback.
- Participating in machine/application interfacing (MES, databases, supervision tools, etc.).
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical architectures.
- Collaborating with production, maintenance, methods, and group IT teams.
Specific aspects of the position:
- Working within a Production 4.0 environment with a strong emphasis on automation and digitalization.
- Direct interaction with production lines and industrial equipment.
- International exposure through collaboration with other group sites.
- Opportunities to engage in key projects related to the deployment or evolution of MES systems.
You will be part of the Engineering team at the Zriba site and work closely with:
- Production and maintenance teams.
- Group IT experts.
