JOB SUMMARY
The Industrial Maintenance Technician I is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by performing maintenance tasks during the weekday night shift. This role requires prompt response to maintenance calls, executing repairs, and supporting manufacturing operations with technical expertise.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to maintenance calls and perform straightforward repairs to support manufacturing operations.
Troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and escalate complex problems as necessary.
Learn and assist in implementing recipe changes and control adjustments for manufacturing equipment.
Maintain and adjust basic drive train and power train components.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks, ranging from simple to complex, following provided instructions.
Start up and shut down equipment as per established protocols and schedules.
Document all completed work in the computer-based maintenance program.
Monitor spare parts usage and complete necessary parts order forms.
