Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and specifications to assess job requirements Weld and fabricate metal pipes and fittings in accordance with project specifications Utilize welding equipment and tools proficiently Maintain welding equipment ensuring optimal performance Adhere to safety protocols at all times Work in confined spaces and at heights, as necessary Keep a clean and well-organized workspace Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a Pipe Welder in construction or a similar field Extensive knowledge in carbon steel and stainless steel pipe welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately Familiarity with various welding techniques such as SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW Proficient in operating welding equipment and tools Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality welds Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Effective communication and teamwork skills Experience with 6” Sch 40 Carbon Steel 6010/7018 (Must PASS X-ray) Experience with 2-1/2” XXH Carbon Steel Tig/Stick (Must PASS X-ray) Experience with 4” Sch10 Stainless Steel Tig (Must PASS Visual) All welds performed in 6G position
