As an Industrial Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for managing existing sales accounts while also driving efforts to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Your responsibilities will include conducting product presentations and seminars, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, and addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise. You will stay informed about current and upcoming construction projects, analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies and forecasts.
Additionally, you will ensure that accounts are secure with appropriate credit recommendations and provide competitive price quotations. Monitoring the sales process from order to delivery and managing receivables will also be part of your role. You will oversee the handling and storage of Sika products with our distributors to guarantee optimal inventory management.
