We are seeking an Influencer Affiliate Manager to strategically enhance and expand our rapidly growing affiliate ecosystem on platforms such as TikTok Shop, tarte.com, Amazon, and various leading affiliate channels.
This position is tailored for a strategic, detail-oriented marketer with a profound understanding of creator commerce, performance marketing, and the ability to convert influencer-generated content into quantifiable revenue. You will work closely with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager and the VP of Digital Marketing, collaborating cross-functionally to drive impactful results during product launches, promotions, and significant events.
Role Overview
The Influencer Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the daily management and optimization of tarte’s affiliate programs, facilitating creator onboarding, executing campaigns, handling gifting operations, tracking performance, and reporting across all affiliate channels. This role is essential in driving affiliate revenue, scaling successful creators, and ensuring efficient program operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize tarte’s affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, tarte.com, Amazon, and key affiliate platforms (including ShopMy and LTK).
- Oversee creator onboarding, maintain ongoing communication, and manage relationships across all affiliate channels.
- Execute affiliate activations linked to product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and major occasions, including commission increases and creator contests.
- Monitor and analyze creator performance metrics (GMV, sales, traffic, ROI) to identify top performers, uncover growth opportunities, and develop optimization strategies.
- Stay attuned to TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats to inform creator briefs, outreach, and activation strategies.
- Manage affiliate operations, including link and code creation, ensuring attribution accuracy, tracking creators, and determining commission eligibility.
- Coordinate affiliate gifting and product sampling, including order placement, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records of creators and affiliates, including contact information, platform participation, links, codes, gifting history, and performance notes.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify and scale high-performing and emerging creators across platforms, particularly those native to Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Keep up to date with affiliate platform updates, best practices, and new opportunities to support program growth.
- Assist the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager and VP of Digital Marketing with execution, reporting, and continuous program optimization.
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields.
