Join Experian as an Information Security Specialist in a fully remote capacity, reporting directly to the Regional Lead of Client Security Assurance. This role emphasizes a client-centric approach, where you will:
- Lead comprehensive client audits, both onsite and virtual, presenting evidence, explaining controls, and overseeing pre and post-audit activities, including coordinating necessary remediation.
- Assist commercial teams in conveying Experian's security protocols and risk management strategies to clients through Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and pre-sales consultancy.
- Examine and negotiate contractual security clauses and deliverables, ensuring Experian remains within risk tolerance while fulfilling client expectations, and effectively communicate any necessary changes to clients.
- Analyze audit findings and post-audit reports, ensuring timely follow-up on security issues.
- Conduct gap analyses and communicate contractual risks to internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date repository of evidence.
- Respond promptly and accurately to security questionnaires and inquiries from prospective and existing clients and business partners.
- Provide subject matter expert consultancy to various Business Units regarding Experian's information security governance and risk management framework.
- Ensure that client-facing security documentation is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with global team members to provide consistent client experiences worldwide and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
