Why this position?
Our ecosystem of tools has gradually evolved alongside the company's growth. It is now substantial but still lacks adequate structure:
tools that do not always communicate effectively with one another
data that remains partially siloed
certain processes that are not sufficiently mastered
a potential for automation and AI use that is still underutilized
Some components are already managed internally but often in a piecemeal and overly manual manner.
We are creating this role to sustainably structure the information system, ensure the reliability of workflows, and support the organization's maturity growth.
Your Role
Reporting to the CTO, you will operate transversally across the entire company.
This position is intentionally hybrid: both strategic and operational. The goal is not just to manage but to understand, structure, and implement.
You will work closely with the executive committee and operational teams.
