Minimum Qualifications:The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree in IT sciences or business administration from an accredited institution.• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in identification card distribution and management.• Proficient in the configuration and management of the Pro-Watch access control system.• Experience handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and producing identification badges.• Familiarity with setting up badging systems, including camera, signature devices, and badge printer connections and configurations.• Flexibility to work variable hours as needed. Strong customer service skills are essential.• Excellent oral and written communication abilities. A proven track record of trustworthiness and responsibility is required.

Position Overview:
The Information Systems Support Specialist will be responsible for the effective configuration and administration of the Pro-Watch access control system, which is vital for producing and managing identification badges. This role requires meticulous adherence to established policies, standards, and procedures for badging operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the Pro-Watch access control system, ensuring accurate configuration and functionality for badge production.
- Oversee badging operations, managing both proximity and identification badges in accordance with security policies.
- Validate and verify the quality of data and products related to identification badges.
- Produce identification badges, including the physical setup of badging stations, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and correlate Pro-Watch data fields to badge components, ensuring data integrity and project success.
- Maintain compliance with stringent security processes and keep management informed of any issues regarding identification cards or badges.
- Report on productivity metrics to management and execute additional tasks as assigned by the program manager.
