- Manage project budgets effectively while supporting ongoing maintenance contracts and project initiatives.
- Partner with service providers to conceptualize, develop, deploy, and configure infrastructure solutions that meet essential confidentiality, availability, and data integrity standards.
- Oversee the daily delivery and support of infrastructure services, ensuring operational stability, high performance, and swift issue resolution.
- Work alongside various government agencies and central service teams to facilitate and successfully deliver comprehensive government-wide infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to oversee project planning, contract renewals, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation including design specifications, system architecture, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies, recommending enhancements, and optimizing processes.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members in infrastructure design and support.
