Proactively identify safety concerns and contribute to their resolution.
Handle the pulling and setting of molds from presses including IMM and IBM systems.
Set up end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for robotics and perform minor robot setups.
Assist in the setup of auxiliary equipment as necessary.
Ensure that material supply to presses is properly managed.
Verify that molds are operating within established parameters through daily process checks.
Respond to machine alarms and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with production processes and regulatory standards.
Identify and rectify quality defects promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing workspace.
Collaborate respectfully with team members.
Engage actively in supporting company policies aimed at fostering a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
