About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Content Designer who approaches challenges systematically and leverages AI to enhance content creation—not merely a talented writer. As a key player in our Content Team, your mission will extend beyond writing to develop the foundational frameworks that empower our product teams to uphold exceptional content standards independently, including AI-driven tools, scalable writing systems, and lucid guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- AI Content Tool Development: You will conceptualize, build, and refine AI-driven tools that address real product challenges, such as tone consistency checkers, error message generators, and claims validation workflows. Your focus will be on identifying genuine opportunities for AI to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Scalable Writing Framework: You will consolidate BlaBlaCar's voice into a comprehensive, actionable writing system that empowers product teams to make informed content decisions autonomously. This includes crafting clear guidelines, developing practical templates, and conducting training sessions.
- Content Quality Assurance: You will conduct audits of essential product features, identifying and rectifying inconsistencies across various user touchpoints. You will oversee our content quality workflows to ensure smooth content transitions for localization across our 20+ languages.
- Unified Brand Voice: Collaborating closely with fellow content experts, you will help forge a consistent narrative and tone across all product interactions, ensuring that users experience a cohesive and recognizable voice from booking a ride to receiving error messages.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in content design or UX writing, preferably within a product-focused company.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for content enhancement.
- Strong analytical skills to assess content quality and user experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience creating writing systems and guidelines that empower teams.
