Facilitate discovery workshops.

Produce deliverables such as user journeys, concept maps, UI mockups, prototypes, and UX copy.

Assist in defining stories and requirements.
Represent your team’s work in presentations to business stakeholders.
Conduct experiments and user testing to iteratively improve the user experience.
Collaborate with fellow Designers across the organization to continually raise our quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Open to negotiation and trade-offs.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity with the ability to clarify complex scenarios.
Strong conceptual skills for designing in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
