We maintain a structured work rhythm: three weeks of fully distributed, asynchronous deep work, followed by one week of mandatory in-person collaboration for alignment, architectural discussions, and strategic planning. During remote work, we adhere to GMT time.
Each month, we convene in a city that exemplifies the best seasonal experiences. Our current rotation features Nassau (winter), New York City (spring and autumn), and London/Europe (summer), aligned with our strategic and commercial cycles.
