At Cadmus IO, we are on the forefront of transforming the decisions made by institutions, particularly in the higher education sector. As a Product Marketer, your role is pivotal in ensuring that our messaging resonates with key decision-makers, such as Deputy Vice-Chancellors (DVCs) and Pro Vice-Chancellors, who are navigating crucial institutional challenges.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and various product and commercial teams to build an effective marketing infrastructure from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a role that is still developing while contributing to our established company.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
In your inaugural year, you will:
- Establish a comprehensive positioning and messaging framework that serves as a foundation for the commercial team, ensuring consistency across different platforms, including LinkedIn, pitch decks, and direct conversations with DVCs.
- Enhance the productivity of the sales team by providing effective materials and intelligence that reduce the time taken to close deals while improving the quality of commercial dialogues.
- Create a transparent competitive intelligence framework that informs the team about Cadmus's strengths and weaknesses, directly influencing sales strategies and product development priorities.
- Successfully launch a new market or segment, transitioning from concept to execution with a clear strategy and messaging tailored for the commercial team.
