About the Role
The Inside Channel Manager (ICM) plays a pivotal role in managing and driving the business outcomes for select Veeam partners. This position holds comprehensive responsibility for fostering sustainable growth within partner relationships, encompassing revenue generation, relationship management, investment, and commitment. The ICM will provide strategic advice and support to Veeam Pro Partners on licensing, product offerings, sales strategies, and technical needs, while also collaborating closely with partners to uncover new revenue opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and objectives for the assigned territory.
- Enhance partners' sales and technical capabilities.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner accounts.
- Develop, negotiate, and monitor joint Action Plans with partners.
- Identify and track the partner’s pipeline, ensuring it is consistently updated.
- Keep partners informed about Veeam’s latest news and promotional offerings.
- Ensure compliance with ProPartner Program requirements and assist in driving partner level upgrades.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Veeam Software products and their benefits for current and prospective partners.
- Provide comprehensive support to partners on licensing and technical issues related to Veeam products.
- Assist qualified prospects and customers with follow-ups, product information, quotations, and closure processes.
- Provide forecasting and account opportunity insights as required.
- Maintain and update partner accounts within the Veeam CRM system.
- Ensure adequate pipeline coverage and follow-up for resell and cloud projects.
