Job Summary:
As an Acquisition Account Executive, you will utilize your full-cycle sales expertise to onboard new subscribers to the ZipRecruiter platform. You will be equipped with insightful market intelligence to engage with employers who have yet to experience our services. This position demands a proactive new business acquisition focus—encompassing initial outreach, platform demonstrations, managing free trials, crafting proposals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or surpass your monthly new business targets
- Identify and secure new client accounts
- Drive revenue by building a robust client pipeline
- Schedule and conduct demonstrations with prospective clients
- Transition clients from free trials to paid subscriptions
- Develop and share best practices to enhance team performance
- Make 70+ calls daily (aim for 10+ meaningful conversations) to companies with 250+ employees
- Design data-driven strategies informed by job seeker insights
- Nurture client relationships to expedite sales processes
