Role and Team
Reporting directly to the Sales or designated manager, the Inside Sales Coordinator will undertake various administrative and operational responsibilities related to sales. You will play a vital role in supporting dealer relationships, fostering new business development, retaining existing accounts, and assisting the field sales team. All duties will be assigned by the Sales Manager or designated manager.
Responsibilities
- Enhance customer experience to ensure dealer satisfaction and bolster client retention. Support the growth of the customer base while acting as a liaison among all auction departments, including sales staff, consignment dealers, and auction personnel.
- Engage with customers daily to cultivate and develop new buying and selling opportunities. Discuss inventory needs, current and upcoming promotions, and sales events. Complete a minimum number of calls as established by the GSM or designated manager, and log each interaction.
- Execute administrative and operational tasks, which include pre-sale activities, scheduling transportation and reconditioning services, unit numbering, sale setup, flooring units, and entering announcements.
- Maximize online sale listings by collaborating with relevant departments within the auction. Conduct audits on the online representation of vehicles, ensuring accurate photos, conditions, damages, and announcements.
