Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing projects, coordinating submittals, selecting equipment, and pricing for each project. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage comprehensive job files for each project.
- Prepare and send equipment selections, following up with engineers as necessary.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organize project-related data to facilitate order entry.
- Respond to and track IOM and submittal requests.
- Interpret building plans and specifications accurately.
- Develop equipment selections and estimates in accordance with project specifications.
- Engage with MEP consultants and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Foster and enhance relationships with customers, contractors, project engineers, and manufacturers.
- Assess project requirements and sales team responsibilities to meet customer expectations for system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Address concerns promptly, implementing corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
