We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Inside Sales Manager at our rapidly expanding European office in Oosterhout, North Brabant. As a vital member of the European Sales Leadership Team at OnLogic, you will play a key role in driving our ambitious growth objectives by engaging both our established customer base and welcoming new clients.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and mentoring the Technical Sales and Sales Operations teams to enhance their professional development and help them surpass their targets.
- Supporting the team in cultivating new business with both new and existing clients while identifying areas for improvement.
- Overseeing the overall sales process and establishing appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of CRM best practices, particularly with HubSpot.
- Enhancing the collaboration between Marketing & Sales to boost lead generation and improve conversion rates from leads to deals.
- Engaging with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement decision-makers.
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to optimize profitability while ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Addressing challenging customer requests and managing issue escalations as necessary.
- Collaborating with local, regional, and global team members to identify and expand business opportunities.
