Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.Identify potential salons and generate leads through a robust outbound sales strategy, including cold calling.Prepare and conduct online demonstrations, along with in-person visits to salons outside of Athens as needed.Effectively communicate Treatwell’s software value proposition, address objections, and establish successful long-term partnerships.Maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly targets.Accurately log records in our Salesforce CRM system.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.Contribute to the development of sales strategies for your designated area.About You:Fluent in Greek and English.At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in SaaS is a plus but not mandatory.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is highly advantageous.A proactive, go-getter attitude.A strong team player who thrives in collaboration.A results-oriented mindset, always striving to go the extra mile.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Open to feedback and eager to implement it for improved performance.Technologically savvy.Ability to work independently.Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to complement our Athens sales team. This hybrid role combines the dynamic energy of the office with the flexibility of remote work. It includes preparation for client meetings and occasional in-person visits to salons outside of Athens, approximately once a month.
The successful candidate will take charge of generating leads, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and nurturing prospects into loyal customers and long-term partnerships. As a consultative seller, you will skillfully engage prospects with insightful questions, effectively demonstrating how Treatwell’s salon software can enhance their operations. With a solid understanding of the market, you will confidently articulate how Treatwell can elevate both their customer and business experiences. This role involves a mix of proactive outbound sales efforts and handling incoming leads.
Your contribution will be instrumental in expanding our salon portfolio and driving further growth. You'll be the face of Treatwell, providing a professional and approachable experience to our partners, ensuring that Treatwell is their preferred and trusted brand.
