Inside Sales - Sales Development Representative
Join the dynamic Inside Sales team at 10x Genomics as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll spearhead lead generation and qualify sales opportunities across Japan, both for new and existing customers. Your contributions will be vital in providing administrative sales support to our regional commercial team and external partners while ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with approximately 3 days in the office located in Tokyo, and will necessitate strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive prospecting.
- Collaborate with the Japan sales and marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns using various communication methods, including email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales quotes and legal documents.
- Support the order process by verifying accounts and conducting inventory checks.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Maintain and update information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Provide administrative sales support in the Tokyo office and warehouse as required.
