Join our dynamic Inside Sales Team as an intern, where you'll work closely with both Bosch and Buderus brands. As part of a small yet impactful team, your role will serve as a vital link between our external sales representatives and internal departments. The primary objective is to enhance the sales processes and provide robust support to our external colleagues in order to foster business growth and ensure customer satisfaction, primarily in the B2B sector.
Your responsibilities will encompass engaging in various sales projects, such as partner loyalty programs, monitoring sales data, and assisting our sales team in utilizing online tools effectively:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our Lead Tool, implementing necessary optimizations based on user data.
- Gather and report on customer feedback for both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues predominantly via email to facilitate their use of our Portal and online tools.
- Assist in the proactive management of certain B2B loyalty programs within the sales teams.
Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting internal and external communications regarding sales initiatives, loyalty programs, technical data, and more.
