Reports To: VP of Sales/Market Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve established sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Leverage Trucordia's sales and marketing resources to conduct effective outreach activities including cold calls, in-person meetings, and presentations to secure new business.
- Become a subject matter expert in your designated focus area to maximize long-term success.
- Manage an active book of business to ensure high renewal rates.
- Work closely with the Client Service team to review and analyze renewal business and onboard new accounts.
- Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, ensuring effective use of our tools and sales management system.
