Your daily responsibilities will include:
Conducting engaging online and in-person training sessions for both new and existing clients, supported by high-quality materials tailored to their needs.
Offering expert consultancy to optimize system utilization, which may involve hosting webinars and traveling nationwide as required.
Fostering the professional development of peers through inductions and workshops, while actively managing all aspects of training preparation, delivery, and follow-up.
